Abstract:

This paper analyzes the present status of the resource allocation during urban dismantlement, reveals a unreasonable resource allocation of dislocated benefit owner and missed system, and presents that it is necessary to reconstruct the compensation and repayment during urban dismantlement based on society, human and economy, and gives some suggestions establishing and optimizing some related laws and regulations.

摘要：

本文通过对城市拆迁中资源配置的现状分析，提出利益主体的错位和制度的缺失，得出城市拆迁中的资源配置不合理，并且提出从社会、人本、经济三方综合考虑，必须重构城市拆迁补偿机制，最后对如何建立健全相关法规体制提出了一些建议。
