Abstract:

In the industrial restructuring process, resourceexhausted cities often run into a comparative advantage trap. It is difficult to achieve optimization of the industrial structure. This paper adopts empirical method to analyze industrial structure and employment structure evolution. It has been found by research that optimizing employment structure is the key of industrial structure development from low to high. In the end discuss the corresponding development of the two structures.

摘要：

资源枯竭型城市在产业转型过程中，由于就业结构滞后，往往容易陷入比较优势陷阱，难以实现产业结构的优化。本文以资源枯竭型城市阜新为例，采用实证分析方法分析产业结构与就业结构的演变规律，指出优化就业结构是资源枯竭型城市产业结构由低级向高级发展的关键，探讨了优化就业结构、实现两者联动演变的途径。
