Abstract:

The tourism industrial development has stepped out of a single land utilization way. The sparse land resource leads to an extensive land utilization, which has become a new hot point in tourism. This paper, based on the concept of tourism land, combines the traditional classification of tourism resources, discusses the ascription of tourism lands in land utilization classification system, and summarizes the application of tourism lands in land resources management, waits for an emphasis on tourism lands.

摘要：

旅游业发展到现阶段已经摆脱了单一的土地利用方式，土地资源的稀缺性引发的如何规范有序集约的利用土地资源为旅游服务成为新的热点。本文从旅游用地的概念入手，结合旅游资源的传统分类情况，从土地利用分类的角度探讨旅游用地在土地利用分类系统中的归属情况，并总结了旅游用地在土地资源管理方面的应用作用,希望能够引起对旅游用地规划的重视。
