China’s land consolidation has attained great achievements over tenyear’s practice. As the economy blooms, the land consolidation is facing new opportunities and challenges as well. Currently there are many aspects such as conception, system, mechanism and laws in land consolidation which can not adapt the economic development, thus demanding a new conception and new working means to improve the land consolidation, hence to guarantee the development, to protect the resources and to boost the new rural construction.
