Geological exploration as the upper end stream of economy is led in inputs by the downstream demands. Industrial developing stages determine mineral product use intensity, which determines the input intensity of geological exploration. China's industrial structure evolution indicates that China has entered into the middle-post of industrialized stage, mineral product use intensity and geological inputs will be falling into declining period in a long term. Global competitiveness or rapid industrialization in nations on “the belt and road” is the approach to re-energize geological exploration, but can not be foreseen in the near future. Geological talents will be structurally short and generally excessive under China's declining geological exploration sector for a long term.

This paper analyzes Tianshengqiao bauxite deposit’s ore-hosting sequence, concludes that the structure types comprises of mud crystal, oolitic mud crystal and debris ores.Sedimentary environment plays a key role in bauxite distribution, which mainly occurs in subtidal zone and lagoon.Bauxite mineralization is also controlled by the bed of ore-bearing sequence and ancient karst terrain change. This paper, through drawing bauxite grade contour to determine the prospecting area with potential, provides reference for bauxite exploration and development and guarantees a Sustainable supply of bauxite ores from national strategy.

This paper, starting from the issues in eastern China`s economic zone, uses the methods of principal component analysis and eco-footprint and establishes an index system to quantitatively evaluate the regional carrying capacity in eastern China`s economic zone from 1998 CD*4/5 2007, with the result of an increasing ecological deficit, spreading from largemiddle cities. A good carrying capacity implies a stronger assimilation but weak support, free of eco-deficit, while a poor carrying capacity is on the contrary. This paper also puts forward corresponding policy recommendations according to the evaluation results.
