河南省环境污染和经济增长关系实证研究:基于遗传—BP神经网络、协整分析和VAR模型

摘要:

对环境污染与经济发展动态关系进行研究,可为区域可持续发展提供重要参考。以河南省为例,基于1985—2012年环境污染和经济指标的年度数据,借助遗传算法优化的BP神经网络测算出代表河南省整体污染水平的综合指数,在此基础上采用计量经济分析考察河南省环境污染和经济发展之间的动态关系。研究结果表明:1985—2012年,河南省环境污染指数整体上呈现上升趋势;环境污染和经济发展存在着协整关系且互为Granger因果关系,经济发展每提高1个单位,会引起环境污染水平提高0.8423个单位;脉冲响应函数和方差分解结果显示出河南省环境污染和经济发展之间存在双向作用机制,经济发展对环境污染的影响程度大于环境污染对经济发展的反作用力。

Abstract:

A study on correlation between environmental pollution and economic growth is of references for regional sustainable development. This paper, based on a case study on Henan province, uses its 19852012 information, uses BP neutral network that has been optimized by genetic algorithm to measure Henans overall pollution level, and to analyze its dynamic with economic growth. During 1985 to 2012, Henans pollution index displays a rising trend, responded by a cointegration with economic growth, and of a Granger causality. 1 unit of economic growth will increase 0842 3 unit in pollution level. A bidirectional mechanism exists in Henans environmental pollution and economic growth through impulse response function and variance decomposition, the influence of economy to pollution is bigger than the impact of pollution to economy.
