北京多水源水量调度模型研究

Abstract: SouthWatertoNorth project mitigates to some extent Beijing’s water supplydemand conflict, but it brings issues in dispatching diverse water sources. This paper, based on the Beijing’s diverse water sources projects, establishes water volume dispatching model based on its water supplydemand, which can be effectively used to dispatch water in order to reach the objective of “never water shortage, never water abandon”. Beijing can dispatch water resources from different plants according to water resources in different years, also maximizes the water resources. This study is of references for Beijing to dispatch its diverse water sources.

摘要: 南水北调来水在一定程度上缓解了北京市的水资源供需矛盾,但同时也带来了多水源调度的问题。文章在对北京市当前的多水源供水工程情况进行介绍的基础上,建构了北京市水资源供需情况与调度模型。实证研究结果表明,利用文章建构的模型,可以实现对大宁水库的有效调度,从而满足“不缺水、不弃水”的基本调度目标;使得北京市能够根据不同年份的水资源丰欠情况,更为从容的实现水资源的调度,同时也最大限度的对水资源加以利用;实现对北京市的不同水厂的联合调度。总之,此研究成果对于解决北京市的多水源联合调度问题具有一定的参考价值。
