基于熵的煤炭资源型城市可持续发展评价

Abstract:

Coal-based cities play an important role during urbanization. So it deserves a thorough study in the sustainable development for society and economy. This paper, based on the coal-based cities, establishes an index system for sustainable development, contrasts the approach degree of annual urban sastainable development with the relative optimizing value, quantizes via entropy theory the evaluated information and ranks the results in Jixi city from 1995 to 2000, fitting close to the factual situation.

摘要:

煤炭资源型城市在我国城市化和工业化过程中占据突出的地位,全方位、多视角研究煤炭资源型城市的可持续发展是研究我国区域社会经济持续发展的重要内容和前提条件。以煤炭资源型城市为研究对象,建立了较为全面的可持续发展指标体系,利用熵理论把所选择评价年份的固有信息量化,综合权重值,将评价的各年份的城市可持续发展指标的贴近度与其相对优异值的贴近度相对比,得出评价排序,综合评价了鸡西市1995—2000年城市综合可持续发展情况,评价结果与实际情况较为吻合。
