Abstract:

Rural residential land consolidation is a main content of rural land consolidation, and plays an important role in new countryside construction. There are some problems during rural residential land consolidation like ownership adjustment, lack of capital, micro driving and post utilization, and poor management. A new creative mechanism shall be based on property right, diversified financing, profit distribution and interactive exchange in order to boost the sustainable development of rural residential land consolidation.

摘要：

农村居民点整理是我国农村土地整理的主要内容，也是推进社会主义新农村建设的重要手段之一。我国农村居民点整理现状中存在权属调整困难、资金筹集难、微观动力不足、后期利用与管理缺乏等问题，应从产权激励、多元融资、收益分配和多方互动等方面来寻求农村居民点整理的激励机制创新途径，以促进农村居民点整理持续健康发展，保障农村居民点整理目标的实现。
