Abstract:

Land intensive utilization is a key point to establish an economical society. This paper uses the hiberarchy to set up the index system to evaluate the situation of land intensive utilization, calculates the comprehensive score of land intensive utilization through weighted modes, which has been applied to analyze the land intensive utilization during 2000—2004 in Neijiang city, and the difference in two districts and three counties, and presents some suggestions increasing the land intensive utilization.

摘要：

集约用地是建立节约型社会工作的重点。本文使用层次分析法建立了土地集约利用现状评价的指标体系，通过线形加权模型计算出土地集约利用综合得分，依据此得分对2004年内江市集约程度在四川省内的地位、2000-2004年内江市集约程度的变化，以及2004年内江市所辖2区3县的集约程度差异做出了科学而客观的评价，并提出了提高土地集约程度的建议。
