Abstract:

Huaibei city, as one of five coal bases in China and as a vital base to supply basic energy and important raw materials in Anhui province, contributes a lot for economic-social development. Huaibei city was entirely established on coal, where coal-power industry has been playing a fundamental role in its economic structure for a long time. As coal resource is depleted, lots of coal mines are facing being closed, which impacts the sustainable development. This paper, aiming at the industrial transformation, presents some approaches to the urban industrial transformation in Huaibei city.

摘要：

淮北市是我国著名的五大煤炭基地之一，作为安徽省基础能源和重要原材料的供应地之一，为我国经济社会发展作出了重大贡献。但淮北市是缘煤而建、因煤而兴的一座城市，煤电产业在城市经济结构中长期居于支柱产业的地位。随着煤炭资源的枯竭，大批煤矿遭遇闭坑或面临闭坑的威胁，资源枯竭型城市的弊端日益凸显，已逐渐开始制约该市经济社会的可持续发展。因此，如何尽快实现城市转型已成为淮北市迫切需要解决的问题，本文围绕这个问题展开讨论，并对淮北市如何进行城市转型提了几点对策。
