Abstract:

Henan Found Mining Ltd., a JV with foreign investors, uses the foreign capital and technology to explore and mine the Shagou Ag-Pb-Zn deposit in Luoning county, Henan province, with a whole process of exploration, mining and processing. The Shagou Ag-Pb-Zn deposit is a veinlet deposit, dipping gently. The company has made a good profit, becoming an model in cooperation with foreign investors. This paper gives an introduction to the development process and achievements of the Found Mining Ltd., and presents some experience to maximize the capital, to use the foreign management and technology and China's low-cost human resources. Both sides have complementarity in cooperation, like China partner has exploration license, and the foreign partner has financial capacity and advanced technology, ensuring a sustainable development of resources.

中外合作河南发恩德矿业有限公司利用外方雄厚资金、先进技术和上市公司等优势，成功对河南省洛宁县沙沟缓倾斜薄脉状银铅锌矿进行风险勘查与开发，走探、采、加工一条龙之路，经济效益实现跨越式增长，成为中外合作勘查开发模式的典范。文章介绍了该公司的发展过程和取得的业绩，提出了值得推广的经验：在最短时间内使资本增值最大化；将国外的先进管理理念、找矿技术、资金与中国的低成本相结合；合作双方具有互补性，一方拥有找矿潜力的探矿权，另一方拥有融资能力和先进技术；充分利用先进勘查开发技术，实现资源可持续开发。
