基于层次分析法的钨矿资源综合竞争力评价

Abstract:

The integrated competitiveness of mineral resources include not only the mineral resources occurrence influence, but also the development and marketing capacity of the mining and processing. This paper applies the APH to evaluate precisely the integrated competitiveness of tungsten resources in 7 provinces including Jiangxi in 2005. A background value has been adopted in data processing in order to have consistency and comparability in the unit removed data, which proved to be effective by the evaluation results. The model is of stability by its sensitivity analysis, largely reducing impact from arbitrarily assigning weights.

摘要:

资源的综合竞争力不仅包括资源禀赋影响,还应包括其采选产业的发展状况和市场控制能力。本文运用层次分析法模型对江西省等7省(自治区)2005年钨矿资源综合竞争力进行了精确评价。在数据处理方面引用了背景值概念,旨在将无量纲化处理后的数据具有一致性和可比性,切合实际的评价结果证明这是有效且可行的。同时,灵敏性分析也表明模型设计的稳定性,大大降低了权重分配的主观性带来的负面影响。
