Abstract:

Industrial organization theory, based on the monopoly and competitive relationship among companies, has gradually extended to the research on inner organizational system and the relationship between companies and governments. At present, there are some drawbacks in China’s organizations in many industries, e.g., lower economic scale, lower market concentration, disperse organizations in every industry, lack of inter-industries cooperation. This paper analyzes the development for theory of industrial organization among different schools in western world across various stages. In order to develop the China’s super nation’s advantages and improve industrial organization’s competitiveness, this paper presents two feasible measures.

摘要：

产业组织理论以产业内企业间的垄断与竞争及规模经济和效率这两组关系研究为核心，并逐渐扩展到对企业内部组织制度以及企业与政府之间关系的研究。当前，我国许多产业内的组织存在着诸多弊端，如规模经济偏低、市场集中度低、产业组织分散、缺乏产业合作和无序竞争等。本文针对以上弊端，分析西方产业组织理论不同时期、不同流派的发展情况，并提出产业组织战略性调整与产业组织政策支撑两方面可行性措施，从而提升我国产业组织的竞争力，发挥大国优势。

