Abstract:
It looks necessary and urgent to develop a low-carbon economy in China, which can put challenges on the traditional rough economic mode, and can also bring opportunities for China’s economic development. This paper, based on the situation of resources development, analyzes the successful experiences from developed countries, and presents the strategies to develop the energy in a low- carbon economy in China.

摘要:
我国发展低碳经济具有现实的必要性和紧迫性。低碳经济的发展将对我国传统的粗放式经济模式带来很多挑战,同时也将为我国经济发展带来前所未有的发展机遇。本文将立足我国资源发展实际情况,借鉴发达国家成功经验,提出低碳经济下我国能源发展策略。
