Abstract:
What the resources can be renewed is an important step for recycling economy and sustainable development. This paper gives an introduction to the definition of the renewable resources industry and some related international experiences, based on the shortage of natural resources, presents approaches to the renewable resources development. As abundant in resources, Qinghai province has a low utilization ratio which needs enforcement to develop, and at the same time, to develop the renewable resources industry, providing a guarantee to the sustainable development of economy and society.

资源的再生是实现循环经济和可持续发展的一个重要环节。针对我国自然资源相对短缺的现状,建立再生资源产业是发展循环经济的有效途径。青海省资源十分丰富,但开发利用率不高。在加大资源开发力度的同时,应当尽早尽快发展再生资源产业,为实现经济社会的可持续发展奠定坚实的基础。本文通过对再生资源产业的概念和一些相关国际经验的介绍,分析了青海省再生资源的现状并提出了发展对策。
