Abstract:

Land resource plays an irreplaceable role in supporting the development of industrial economy. But with the development of the industrialization and urbanization, the constraints of land to the industrial economy become increasingly evident. This paper, taking Beijing city as an example, using Cobb-Douglas production function as model, based on a decade of data, studies the supporting of land and other related elements to the development of industries development, according to the analysis of relationship between elements inputs and industrial development. At last, the paper presents that land is the key economic control and the imbalance between shortage of land in Beijing and demand trend of socio-economic development is very clear. The land must be in extensive utilization.

摘要：

土地资源的投入对经济发展起着不可替代的支撑作用，但随着工业化和城市化的不断发展，土地对产业经济发展的约束作用已十分明显。本文以北京市为例，研究了土地资源等生产要素对各相关产业发展的支撑作用，文章采用柯布·道格拉斯生产函数为研究模型，截取10年数据，根据研究结果分析了要素投入与产业发展之间的相互关系，并指出，土地资源是产业经济调控的重点，北京市土地投入的紧缺性与社会经济发展的需求性之间的失衡态势十分明显，为此土地利用必须坚持走集约化道路。
