地质人才“5Q”素质结构研究

Abstract:

The quality of geology talents is related to geological work in quality and efficiency, its structure includes incentive, knowledge, ability, physical and psychological qualities, as so-called “5Q”. Three typical key careers for geological talents, exploration manager, engineer and geoscientist, are, respectively, corresponding to three different quality structures. This paper studies the “5Q” quality structures of geology talents, aiming at offering reference for training and selecting high quality geological talents.

摘要:

地质人才素质影响地质工作的质量和效率。地质人才一般素质结构包括动力素质、知识素质、能力素质、身心素质和品德素质5个方面,即所谓“5Q”素质结构;地质人才有3个典型而重要的职业岗位类型,即地勘企业经理、地质工程师和地质科学家,其分别对应3种不同的素质结构。研究地质人才“5Q”素质结构,旨在为培养、选拔高素质地质人才提供参考。
