Abstract:

China had carried out land and resources survey for 12 years and obtained achievement in public geological survey. This paper applies value-added method which was employed by UK, revised according to China’s situation, to calculate the economic contributions of geological survey results, and compares the results both vertically and laterally. This paper concludes an economic contribution ratio 1.82% to 3.79% from the public geological survey results, with a fast rising trend.

摘要：

我国国土资源大调查进行了12年，取得的公益性地质调查成果的价值如何？本文对此进行了研究。本文借鉴英国地质调查成果价值评价中所采用的增值法，根据我国的实际情况进行了适当修正，对我国地质调查成果对经济贡献进行了计算，从纵向和横向两个方面进行比较研究，得出公益性地质调查成果对我国经济的贡献率在1.82%～3.79%之间，贡献率呈上升趋势，上升空间大的结论。
