Abstract: This paper analyzes the protruding issues in land and resources use，and presents strategies to improve ecological civilization through land and resourcess use.Land and resources rematerial base，element and key domain for ecological civilization construction，and ecological civilization is the guide line and final objective of land and resources use.The issues in land and resources use mainly include primitive land use，a sharp supply and demand conflict in ore resources，frequent occurrence of geological disasters，and deteriorating oceanic environment，etc.，which can be resolved by enhancing basic geological survey，optimizing land spatial development layout，intensively using land，highly-efficient utilization of ore resources，and actively developing renewable energy.

摘要： 分析当前国土资源利用面临的突出问题，提出国土资源利用促进生态文明建设的对策。国土资源是生态文明建设的物质基础、构成要素和关键领域，生态文明是国土资源工作的指导思想和最终目的。目前国土资源利用方面存在土地利用方式粗放、矿产资源供需矛盾尖锐、地质灾害频发、海洋生态环境恶化等问题，应当加强基础地质调查，优化国土空间开发格局，节约集约用地，高效开发利用矿产资源，积极发展可再生能源。
