Abstract: This paper,based on the situation of China’s mine environmental treatment,presents measures for different mine environmental issues.Mining is casting a big impact on environment,such as destroying farmland,inducing geological hazards,harming ecology and producing solid,liquid and gas wastes,and also damaging natural terrain.China has a poor management both on techniques and funds.This paper presents measures to mine environment from enhancing administration,boosting technical research,broadening financing channels and making institutional improvement to guarantee the restoration fund of mine environment.

摘要： 分析我国矿山环境治理现状,针对不同的矿山环境问题,提出相应的治理对策.采矿活动对环境有极大的破坏,主要表现在毁坏耕地和建筑用地,诱发地质灾害,破坏生态平衡,开采过程中产生“三废”，破坏自然地貌和景观?而我国矿山环境治理管理缺位,技术落后,资金投入不足,对此提出我国矿山环境治理需要加强政府行政管理,对已有的技术方法经验进行总结并加强研究工作,通过扩宽筹资渠道.加强制度建设来解决矿山环境恢复治理资金保障问题。
