Abstract:
The evolution of industrial structure of urban land utilization conversion is the main reason for urban development and the real driving force. The urban land utilization structure is a material basis to optimize and upgrade the urban industrial structure, and the two promote each other. This paper analyzes the relation between the industrial structure and the land utilization structure, revealing the changes between the urban industrial structure adjustment and optimization of urban land utilization structure to provide theoretical guidance.

摘要：
产业结构演变是城市用地结构转换的主要原因和促进城市发展的真正动力，而城市用地结构的转换又是城市产业结构优化升级的物质基础，二者互相促进。分析产业结构与用地结构之间的关系，揭示两者之间的变化规律，为城市产业结构调整与城市用地结构优化提供理论指导具有重大现实意义。
