Abstract:

By studying systematically a number of relative theories on the index system for sustainable development established by domestic and overseas experts, and analyzing comprehensively the current situation of development and the factors exerting influence on the sustainable development in Daxing district, this paper applies the methodology of Analytic Hierarchy Process, the theories on economy sustainable development, the theories and methodologies of macroeconomic accounting, and the concept and principle of system of indicators to establish an index system to evaluate the sustainable development in Daxing district The index system incorporates mainly four categories of indexes in connection with economy, society, natural resources and environmen.

摘要：

本文通过对国内外现有可持续发展指标体系，特别是区县可持续发展指标体系进行研究，分析得出建立区域可持续发展指标体系的指导思想和基本原则；运用指标体系的相关理论和设计技术，根据大兴区经济社会发展的现实情况以及区域新的发展要求和目标，结合区域经济可持续发展的内涵，采用层次分析法、频度统计法和理论分析法，从经济、社会、资源与环境4个方面，研究建立了大兴区可持续发展的指标体系，旨在反映和评价大兴区经济社会可持续发展的状态和程度。
