Abstract:

Integration of mineral resources is a powerful method to centralize and resolve the problems of improper arrangement in mine and to adjust structures of mine exploitation, and is also an effective approach to upgrade industry, to facilitate the transforming of mineral economic growth pattern, and to promote the exploitation and utilization of resources effectively. In China, the integration on mineral resources is a behavior of economic market which is predominantly implemented by government in a specific period for the sake of public benefits. At present, it is a great timely and practical significance how to integrate mineral resource exploitation under financial crisis. This paper reviews the financial crisis influence on global mineral industry and China’s mineral industry, and analyzes the superiority to carry out the integration under financial crisis, and gives suggestions on implementing the integration in future.

摘要：

矿产资源开发整合是集中解决矿山布局不合理问题、调整矿产开发结构的有力措施，是推动产业升级、促进矿业经济增长方式转变和资源高效开发利用的有效途径。我国的矿产资源开发整合是在特定的历史时期为了维护公共利益而由政府主导开展的一项市场经济活动。当前，探究在金融危机背景下如何做好矿产资源开发整合非常具有时代和现实意义。本文回顾了金融危机对世界矿业和我国矿业造成的影响，分析了金融危机背景下进行矿产资源开发整合的有利条件，最后对矿产资源开发整合在新时期如何进行提出了建议。
