Abstract:

Petroleum as a fundamental energy bears political attribute which is different from the normal goods, or, in other words, it is political goods in nature. Petroleum is a necessary energy in one nation, and an important strategic goods and chemical material as well. Petroleum has penetrated through all aspects in economy, production and living; hence, any change in oil price will result in influences in all industries. The strategic status of petroleum defines a unique position in international economy and politics. This paper studies the influences of petroleum price fluctuation on nation's economy and provides a reference to make appropriate polices.

摘要：

石油作为一种基础能源，有别于一般商品的重要特点即其具有政治属性，或者说原油在本质上就是“政治商品”。 石油是一个国家必不可少的主要能源，同时又是重要的战略商品和化工原料， 石油作为重要的基础性资源，已经渗透到当今社会的经济、生产、生活各个方面。因此，石油价格的变动，对国民经济各行业都将产生影响。石油的战略地位决定了这种商品在国际经济与政治格局中的独特地位。研究油价的波动对国家经济的影响，可以对国家与行业制定应对政策提供参考。
