Abstract:

Asmmetric information theory is a core of modern information economics. As different in benefits, government, enterprises and the public have asymmetric information in environmental management. This paper, based on the asymmetric information, analyzes the major forms of asymmetric information among central government and local government, government and enterprises, government and the public, and enterprises and the public, and presents approaches to asymmetric information in environmental management, trying to limit the asymmetric information to a rational range.

摘要：

信息不对称理论是当代信息经济学的核心。在环境管理中由于政府、企业和公众3方主体有着不同的利益追求，信息不对称现象在环境管理的实践中普遍存在。以信息不对称为切入点，文章分析了中央与地方、政府与企业、政府与公众、企业与公众之间的信息不对称的主要表现；从信息经济学的角度有针对性地提出了控制环境管理中信息不对称的对策，力图将环境管理中的信息不对称控制在一个合理的范围。
