Abstract:

Iron ores trade catches scholars'attention which is focused on pricing during iron ore price negotiation. The real reason of missed iron ore pricing rights and the disordered domestic iron ore market lies in domestic pricing mechanism, iron ore importing agent system, which will surely result in a dual mechanism in pricing, unfair competition, monopolization and rights rental. This paper analyzes the features of iron ores importing agent system, views Japanese system as an unconformity with China's situation, and tries to present a localized agent system of iron ore importing.

摘要：

铁矿石贸易受到众多学者的关注，研究主要集中于铁矿石谈判的定价权问题。而缺失铁矿石定价权，以及国内铁矿石市场秩序混乱的真正原因是国内定价机制，即铁矿石进口代理制。该机制的运行势必造成国内铁矿石市场出现计划经济色彩的价格双轨制，导致不公平竞争、垄断、寻租等一系列市场失灵的现象发生。本文针对铁矿石进口代理制的特点展开分析，认为从日本借鉴的该机制与中国国情有所不符，尝试提出一种铁矿石进口代理机制的本土化思路。
