Abstract: This paper gives an introduction to Indonesia’s new mining laws,combined with the author’s personal experience in Indonesia’s mining investment,and expatiates some key points in mining rights,land,forest, environment,local shares,internal sales and engineering services,aiming at providing references for Chinese investors.The investors shall make a thorough investigation on local laws and regulations,mining aspects and local customs before taking action based on investment targets and demands,clarify the ownership,abide by laws and fulfill social responsibilities to avoid any potential risks.

摘要： 介绍印度尼西亚新矿业法的主要内容,并结合自己在印尼进行矿业投资的实际经验,详细分析了在印尼进行矿业投资应该注意的矿权、土地、森林、环保、当地持股、国内销售、工程服务等方面的重大问题,以为中国投资者在印尼进行矿业投资提供指引。在印尼进行矿业投资时,投资者需要结合自己的投资目的和需要,对当地法律法规。矿业投资各个环节的具体要求乃至风土人情等应该事先进行细致的调查,厘清矿权从属关系,严格遵守当地法律,认真履行社会职责,防范潜在投资风险。
