摘要: 计算1994—2015年中国采矿业能源消费的碳排放量及排放强度,运用Tapio脱钩弹性模型分析中国采矿业能源消费碳排放与产值的脱钩状况,并采用LMDI方法对碳排放驱动因素进行分解,以期更全面了解中国采矿业的碳排放情况,为制定适合矿业经济可持续发展的政策提供科学依据。研究表明,中国采矿业能源消费碳排放总量和碳排放强度先上升后下降,年均增速分别为2.92%和-5.77%。采矿业能源消费碳排放与产值之间的脱钩状态以弱脱钩为主,煤炭开采和洗选业、煤焦类能源和电力是碳排放的主要来源。拉动碳排放量增长的决定性因素是经济产出规模的扩大,而促使碳排放减少的主要因素是能源强度的降低。
