SPATIAL PATTERN AND DYNAMIC EVOLUTION OF ECOSYSTEM SERVICES VALUE OF HUOSHAN COUNTY DURING 1990 TO 2020
FANG Lin, CAI Jun, LIU Yanxiao, et al
Resources & Industries    2022, 24 (2): 119-131.   DOI: 10.13776/j.cnki.resourcesindustries.20210823.001

Huoshan county is located in Dabieshan State Key Ecological Functioning Area, where is of significance to study its ecosystem services value changes on regional economic development and eco-environmental protection, and on regional economic planning and land allocation optimization. This paper, based on Huoshan's 1990 to 2020 land use data, uses RS and GIS to establish a Thornthwaite Memorial Climatic Production model via China's 2008 land ecosystem services value coefficient, with which Huoshan's eco-system servicing value coefficient is calibrated. Impacts of land use transformation on its ecosystem services value are analyzed over land use changing rate, direction and utilization degree with results discussed on spatial auto-correlation and hot-cold points. During 1990 to 2020, Huoshan's land use change is slow, but fast in construction and farm lands up to 402.58% and -5.13%, respectively. Regarding land transformation, forest land contributes the most in exports and construction land contributes the most in imports. Land use comprehensive changing index is over 0, suggesting a developing period of countywide land use. Huoshao's ecosystem services value has declined over the past three decades, most from forest land. Its spatial pattern displays a conspicuous spatial auto-correlation with hot spots focusing on forest and water lands, cold spots on southern grass land and downtowns, expanding with construction lands. This paper presents approaches to regional ecological protection, land extensive use and land disordered expansion.

A CASE STUDY ON KARAMAY CITY: EXPANSION AND DRIVING FACTORS OF RESOURCES-BASED CITIES BASED ON RS/GIS
LIU Yanming, LI Li
Resources & Industries    2019, 21 (3): 14-21.   DOI: 10.13776/j.cnki.resourcesindustries.20190408.001
Abstract102)      PDF(pc) (4888KB)(211)       Save
This paper, based on remote sensing data of every four years from 1996 to 2016, uses visual interpretation to extract construction land use information, applies constructed area expansion index, dynamic degree, flexibility coefficient and rate to quantitatively analyze its temporal changes during 1996 to 2016 in Karamay city, and studies its spatial differentiation via fractional dimension, barycenter transfer and compactness. Constructed area expands in forms of “clots, inner filling, star-like and along transportation lines”, varying with stages. Expansion direction changes from southeast, southwest to northeast with barycenter transfer consistent with “three-axis-two-district”. Population size drives such expansion with economic development as its core pushing force. Mineral resources development and modern transportation are vital factors, directed by governmental macroscopic policies, which determine the size and layout of urbanization. Issues such as loose and primitive constructed expansion need to be resolved through spatial extensive controls in order to reach a quality growth.

COUNTY RESOURCE AND ENVIRONMENTAL CARRYING CAPACITY AND SPATIAL DIFFERENCE OF HUBEI PROVINCE BASED ON AHP ENTROPY AND TOPSIS
LI Yan, LIU Yan-fang, WANG Cheng-cheng
Resources & Industries    2017, 19 (4): 41-51.   DOI: 10.13776/j.cnki.resourcesindustries.20170728.012
Abstract134)      PDF(pc) (7956KB)(351)       Save
This paper establishes an evaluation index system for resources and environmental carrying capacity, and uses AHP entropy and TOPSIS to estimate their carrying capacity of 103 counties in Hubei province in 2014, and studies the spatial distribution by means of exploratory spatial data analysis, aiming at offering references for Hubei province to make land use and industrial development planning. The result implies a polarization in resources and environmental carrying capacity among Hubei`s counties, high in Enshi and Shiyan in the western, low in Wuhan and Yichang, displaying a notable spatial positive auto-correlation and a distinctive low concentration. LISA clustering plot and cold-hot point indicate that the western Hubei is located in the hot and HH zone, Wuhan and northeastern Yichang in cold and LL zone. This paper presents suggestions on improving carrying capacity by discussing the causes of spatial pattern formation of resources and environmental carrying capacity.

RELATION BETWEEN ECONOMIC GROWTH AND ENVIRONMENTAL POLLUTION IN CHINA`S 31 PROVINCES
Nie Chunxia, Liu Yanliang, Liu Haiwei, et al
Resources & Industries    2013, 15 (4): 69-74.
Abstract4429)      PDF(pc) (1302KB)(1837)       Save

This paper uses grey correlation and GM(1,1) model to analyze the correlation between economy and industrial “three wastes” emissions from 1999-2010 〖JP2〗in Chinas 31 provinces, and to forecast the emissions from 2011-〖JP〗2015. The results show that economic development has a great impact on environmental pollution in 30 provinces, except for Beijing, and it leads to the increase in industrial gas waste emissions in 29 provinces. Gas waste emissions are forecasted to rise in 28 provinces from 2011-2015, and so are COD in water waste and solid waste emissions in five provinces. “Three wastes” emissions are forecasted to decease in only three provinces. Therefore, it is urgent to transform economic growth pattern. And it is suggested that we should develop clean energy, promote circular economy and establish a strict environmental supervision mechanism.

LIU Yan, DAN Dan, LI Xiu-xia 
Resources & Industries    2009, 11 (6): 131-134.
Abstract1835)      PDF(pc) (1352KB)(1653)       Save

The eco-tourism develops fast although it started late in China. It leads to, howerver, lots of  issuses. For example, in the theory, connotation and extension of eco-tourism is expanded artificially, and in practice, eco-tourism is equated to nature—tourism or the mass-tourism. Therefore expansion of eco-tourism is more serious. This paper analyzes the phenomena of expansion of eco-tourism, discusses the causes fome the concept, core theroy and research methods, and presents countermeasures of expansion of eco-tourism,aiming to promote its healthy development in China.

STUDY ON INCENTIVE MECHANISM OF RURAL RESIDENTIAL LAND CONSOLIDATION
LIU Yang
Resources & Industries    2008, 10 (4): 28-31.
Abstract2562)      PDF(pc) (1260KB)(963)       Save

Rural residential land consolidation is a main content of rural land consolidation, and plays an important role in new countryside construction. There are some problems during rural residential land consolidation like ownership adjustment, lack of capital, micro driving and post utilization, and poor management. A new creative mechanism shall be based on property right, diversified financing, profit distribution and interactive exchange in order to boost the sustainable development of rural residential land consolidation.
