Abstract:

This paper, based on the definition and theoretical base of resources industry, gives an introduction to significance and necessity to develop the resources industry, discusses the current status, major barriers, and offers approaches to the resources industry under scientific concept of development by using the foreign successful development experiences.

基于对资源产业的定义和理论基础的阐述，分别概述了发展资源产业在国民经济的意义和研究的必要性，论述了我国资源产业发展的现状、主要障碍，详细介绍了我国矿产资源产业的发展以及存在的问题，通过借鉴国外资源产业发展政策及良好经验，并用科学发展观提出了促进我国资源产业发展的主要思路和对策。
