Abstract:

In 2010, China reaches the No.2 in gross economic quantity in the world. “The 12^th Five Years Plan” will not only seek for economic growth, but also set GDP increase to 7%~8%. It is estimated that the urbanization rate will be 47.5% in 2010, and the urban population will exceed rural population in next five years. The advances in urbanization and adjustment in industrial structure will be a challenge to China’s land and resources guarantee. America’s flexible policies will affect the global fluidity, and also China’s exporting environment.

摘要：

2010年我国经济总量将跃居世界第二，“十二五”将不再单纯追求经济增长，GDP增速指标将放宽至7％～8%。预计2010年底城镇化水平可达475%左右，下一个五年城镇人口将首超农村人口，城镇化推进和产业结构调整考验我国国土资源保障能力。美国二次量化宽松政策影响全球流动性，将深刻影响我国外贸环境。
