This paper uses shift share to study the economy in Leiyang, a resources exhausted city, and assesses its industrial structure and leading industry. DEA is employed to calculate its industrial input/output efficiency and industrial structure changing rules, with results showing a rising gross economic output, and a gradually adjusted industrial structure year by year, but still in the stage of pulled by secondary industry overall from 2005—2015. The first industry is slowly growing, most in primitive mode, the secondary is fading and the third shows a good outlook, but insufficient to the entire economy in Leiyang city. Technology is upgrading but scale efficiency is still low. This paper presents suggestions for Leiyang city on optimizing its industrial structure and gasping developing opportunity in China·s new macroscopic economic environment.

To overcome the impact of low oil price on Chinese petroleum companies`s oversea strategic investment, to prepare for the risks and to improve efficiency in overseas oil exploration and development, this paper analyzes the background of low oil price and its trend, studies the measurements that international companies took for the low oil price, and summarizes the current overseas exploration situation of Chinese petroleum companies and global oil gas resources and trend. Geopolitical gaming and interest conflicts are the major factors in stirring the oil price. A good practice at the low oil price taken by international companies is to optimize assets in pursuit of co-integration effect, to diminish investment and to transfer oil gas business into low cost and low risk domains. This paper presents suggestions for Chinese oil companies against low oil price on controlling cost, adjusting structure, optimizing project allocation and maximizing investment benefits, focusing on the co-integrated effect of existing projects with prospects, weighing the proportion of targets exploration and strategic exploration by appropriately using capital, and acquiring highquality projects under low oil price.

Thermal simulation and rock pyrolysis experiments of the low maturity shale samples from Jurassic Yanan formation of western margin of Ordos basin help find the relation between rock thermal maturity (Ro) and hydrocarbon production rate & pyrolysis hydrocarbon rate (S2), and relation between S2 and hydrocarbon production rate. Results show that gaseous hydrocarbon production rate of the low maturity continental shale increases linearly with Ro, liquid hydrocarbon production rate increases firstly and then decreases with Ro, hydrocarbon production rate increases exponentially with Ro, and S2 decreases exponentially with Ro. S2 is linearly negative with hydrocarbon production rate, which linearly rises while S2 falls. The evolution of continental shale hydrocarbon generation can be divided into three stages: immature stage with releasing free hydrocarbon and initial kerogen thermal degrading, mature stage with kerogen thermal degrading and liquid hydrocarbon thermal cracking, and overmaturity stage with gaseous hydrocarbon and liquid hydrocarbon thermal cracking. According to the gaseous hydrocarbon increment rate and an abrupt rise of liquid hydrocarbon production rate in the hydrocarbon generation simulation, and to the Ro corresponding to the first hydrocarbon production peak, this paper determines the lower limit of Ro and TOC
of Jurassic Yanan formation continental shale in the favorable and target areas in the western margin of Ordos basin.

This paper, based on testing fuel quantity and components, air quantity, smoke components
and exhaust temperature, uses energy analysis of steam generator to calculate the positive
and reverse balance efficiencies at a maximum error 254%. Energy consumption analysis is
conducted to find the major factors of steam generator efficiency, which plays a vital role
in finding energy consuming processes and exploring saving energy. Fuel quantity in the
overheated steam generator is calculated as the same steam quantity is generated. When
generator is running, excess of air is the key factor impacting generators efficiency,
which may be largely increased by recovering the heat of nitrogen in the exhaust and
sensible heat in the steam along with recovering the latent heat of steam. The same fuel
will produce more wet saturated steam than overheated steam, and more fuel is consumed to
produce overheated steam with the same steam quantity.

Accounting reduction of crude oil production capacity as a significant part in determining crude oil production capacity determines the rationality of reduction work. To avoid such two cases of more reduction in old mining area when actuality is better than planned and of less reduction when actuality is lower than planned, this paper uses ARPS model to establish a theoretical model of accounting reduction rate of crude oil production capacity and reduction reliability, which is used to draw a plot that can be referred to determine the rationality of accounting reduction in different oilfields or developing units. There is a theoretical connection between accounting reduction rate of crude oil production capacity and comprehensive declining rate and accounting reduction rate should be, not related to natural declining rate, bigger than comprehensive declining rate. The reliability of accounting reduction of crude oil production capacity is 1.7-1.8 if annually comprehensive declining rate is less than 20%. A case study on east zone of Wangji Oilfield, Henan province proves the rationality of crude oil production capacity indexes and accounting reduction rate in this block.

Identification of crystal concentration and evolutional temperature in minerals helps study evolutional rules of minerals and mining and development of mineral resources. This paper uses evaporation crystallization to make NaCl and KCl samples in different proportion, which are used to simulate the mixed crystal under different percentages and temperatures. Samples are then tested by terahertz time-domain spectroscopy. The refractive index and absorption coefficient of the mixed crystals at the same growing temperature rise linearly with a rising NaCl percentage, and that of the mixed crystals with same proportion shows a sinusoidal curve as growing temperature rises, which reveals that terahertz time domain spectroscopy can mark the components percentage and growing temperature of the mixed crystal at the same time. This research offers a new tool to study evolutional rule of mineral crystals and to mine and develop mineral resources.

Tourism development of mine park is a vital way to protect mining heritages and to promote mine economic transformation, which must be based on an objective evaluation of its tourism values of mine park. This paper uses AHP and expert questionnaire to establish an index system in evaluating tourism values of mine park, which is composed of 4 tiers and 33 factors. Mine park resource is the leading factor to determine its values; the key factors to mine park resource are tourism value and mining heritages. Tourism developing conditions play a big part in mine park tourism development, and governmental support, accessibility and customers as well. Pingxiang Anyuan national mine park is scored at 84 by using experts- scoring, which is consistent with on-site investigation, proving the maneuverability of this evaluation index system.

This paper establishes an evaluation index system for resources and environmental carrying capacity, and uses AHP entropy and TOPSIS to estimate their carrying capacity of 103 counties in Hubei province in 2014, and studies the spatial distribution by means of exploratory spatial data analysis, aiming at offering references for Hubei province to make land use and industrial development planning. The result implies a polarization in resources and environmental carrying capacity among Hubei`s counties, high in Enshi and Shiyan in the western, low in Wuhan and Yichang, displaying a notable spatial positive auto-correlation and a distinctive low concentration. LISA clustering plot and cold-hot point indicate that the western Hubei is located in the hot and HH zone, Wuhan and northeastern Yichang in cold and LL zone. This paper presents suggestions on improving carrying capacity by discussing the causes of spatial pattern formation of resources and environmental carrying capacity.

This paper uses TOPSIS and coupled coordination degree formula to study

the coupled coordination degree between urbanization and geological hazards in 31

provinces of China, and the developing trend of the coupled coordination degree,

with the results showing an improving coordinated development, reaching a

coordinated status from outofcoordinating in most provinces. Coupled

coordination degree level distribution map shows some spatial features that the

coupled coordination degree in the western China is universally higher than in

the central and eastern, and is rising from the western to the centraleastern.

Reasons arise from a conversion in geological hazards prevention and control

concept, establishment of long-term input mechanism and key regional planning.

This paper uses Dingxi`s gross agricultural productions and proportions in each

department from 1994—2014 to calculate the agricultural contribution to economy,

and establishes a grey relational model, which is employed to analyze the

relation between agricultural industrial structure and agricultural economy with

the results showing a moderate industrial structure adjustment in Dingxi`s

agriculture in general, but not effective, leaving much room for improvement.

Flexible coefficients of planting, forestry, livestock and fishing are 0.8411, 0

.044, 0.2753, 0.1063, respectively. Planting contributes the most to Dingxi`s

agricultural production, and the next is livestock. Fishing and forestry have a

little influence. Optimization of agricultural industrial structure relies

largely on planting, which shall be continuously invested along with forestry and

fishing. To fulfill the ecological function of forestry can pull the growth of

    agricultural economy.

This paper, based on cointegrated analysis on China`s 30 provinces panel data from 1997—2014, measures their long-term balance among tourism development, GDP, carbon emission and urbanization, quantitatively analyzes the influence of tourism development on  GDP, carbon emission and urbanization. Viewing from a national scale, tourism imposes a positive influence over GDP, but a negative over carbon emission, and a weakly positive over urbanization. Economy and urbanization have a positive influence on tourism, but carbon emission has a negative. From a regional point of view, northeastern China`s tourism makes a maximum contribution to GDP while eastern China makes the least. Tourism imposes positive influence over carbon emission only in northwestern, southern and northeastern China, indicating mitigating environmental pollution, but becoming a new pollution source in others. Tourism industry casts a weakly positive influence on national urbanization, but negative on northeastern, southern and eastern China.

This paper uses Hebei`s 2010—2015 related data to establish a decoupling model of construction land use expansion and economic growth, which is employed to estimate the decoupling index of the entire province and 138 counties within Hebei province by using ESDA and GIS, discusses its spatial concentrating features and distribution rules, providing references to improve construction land use efficiency. The decoupling index is 0.05-0.97 in the entire province from 2010—2015, implying an expansive decoupling, 0.09-0.70 in the 138 counties also implying an expansive decoupling. The spatial concentrating rule of decoupling between county construction land use expansion and economic growth shows that HH LISA index is mainly spreading in Sanhe, Xianghe and Dachang, and four counties in eastern Xingtai city, LL LISA in nineteen counties in centralsouthern Hebei. The 138 counties are divided into three tiers based on the expansive decoupling types.
