The coastal area in Jiangsu province is the major crop producer, where ensure the guarantee of Jiangsu's crop supply. This paper, based on farmland-crop-population compound system, uses farmland pressure index model to estimate the population carrying capacity model, and to evaluate the actual population carrying capacity. The population carrying capacity in three coastal cities in Jiangsu in 2025 is predicted under the condition that the 2nd Child policy is open to all, which is used to plan a rational urban population size. During 19982014, farmland decreased in area, but population rose continuously, leading a largely falling in farmland area per capita; however, the total crop production was a little rising. The overall population carrying capacity pressure is small in Jiangsu's coastal area, Nantong sits on top, followed by Lianyungang and then by Yancheng. It is predicted that in 2025 the appropriate population is 6.4 million in Nantong, 9.78 million in Lianyungang and 17.56 million in Yancheng, maximum up to 8.00 million, 12.23 million and 21.95 million, respectively.

The lower first Member reservoir of Liushagang formation, W oilfield block in Beibuwan basin is characterized by a complicated lateral change and variable porosity and permeability. This paper uses the conventional methods such as reservoir property, well logging, thin section and SEM to study its reservoir features, and analyzes the leading controls on reservoir quality from sedimentation and diagenesis. Rock types of the first lower member are composed of quartz sandstone feldspathic quartz sandstone, well sorting, sub-angular to sub-round, with medium to high porosity and permeability. Reservoir quality, subject to sedimentary microfacies, one of the leading controls, is best at mouth bar of fan delta frontier and braided channel bar, and then at braided channel. This member had been strongly reshaped by diagenesis, belonging to the early diagenetic stage B to middle diagenetic stage A. Three prevailing pore zones were developed with major pore types displaying as intergranular dissolved pore, intragranular dissolved pore, dissolved pore of interstitial material and mold holes. Clay minerals filling the pores may contribute to the variance in reservoir porosity and permeability.

By using the grey correlation method, this paper analyzes Qinghais gold resources, technology, capital, environmental protection, economy, market and policy. The national and local policies play a vital role in gold mining development in Qinghai, but the local macroscopic economy plays the top, which is a major drive to gold production, and next to it is capital investment and price. Gold resource and the demand of refinery processing decide the number of gold mining companies. The gold companies profits are constrained by technology and overall industrial development level. Environmental protection has little influence. Qinghai should use economic development to drive the reform of gold mining and development under the opportunity of “the Belt and Road”.

Research ideas of the energy integrated optimization development and the research strategy of the sustainable development are proposed, based on the exposition of the development characteristics of marine resources, the single problem of the marine resources development at the present stage and the many shortcomings of economic evaluation forms. Then a marine energy integrated optimization development economic evaluation model is built. The gas hydrate is fully developed while traditional gas is explored depending on the production facilities of the sea oil gas. The tides, waves, currents and ocean temperature difference are used to generate electricity so as to reduce production cost. It can also realize that CO2 is sealed by the form of hydrate, which will weaken greenhouse effect. The traditional offshore oil and gas production process is optimized, the industrial structure is adjusted, the unique marine resources integrated optimization technology is developed and the utilization of marine resources is improved.
