新疆碳排放与能源效率、产业结构动态计量关系研究

DYNAMIC RELATION AMONG XINJANG'S CARBON DIOXIDE EMISSION、ENERGY EFFICIENCY AND INDUSTRIAL STRUCTURE

摘要: 在系统分析的基础上,采用VEC模型,定量研究新疆碳排放、能源效率、产业结构及经济增长之间的动态计量关系。结果显示,新疆碳排放、能源效率、非农产值结构、非农就业结构与经济增长之间存在长期均衡关系:新疆能源效率提高存在“反弹效应”;人均GDP每增长1%,则碳排放同方向变动3.2%;非农就业结构与产值结构的变迁可以有效抑制碳排放。短期内,新疆能源效率、人均GDP、非农产业就业结构与产值结构调整系数分别为0.04、-0.03、0.13及-0.11。基于研究结论,从开发新型能源、促进能源消费结构转型及优化产业结构方面,探讨新疆实现碳减排途径。

Abstract: This paper, based onsystematic analysis, uses VED model to quantitatively studytheir dynamic relation among Xinjiang'scarbon dioxide emission, energy efficiency and industrial structure, and shows a longterm balance betweeneconomic growth andcarbon dioxide emission, energy efficiency, nonagricultural production value structure, nonagricultural employment. “Rebound effect” exists in energy efficiency. GDP per capita rise by 1%, the carbon dioxide emission will rise by 3.2%, which can be controlled by adjusting nonagricultural employment structure and production value structures. In a short term, the adjustmentcoefficients of Xinjiang's energy efficiency, GDP per capita, nonagricultural employment structure and production value structure are 0.04, -0.03, 0.13 and -0.11 respectively. This paper discusses the path in reducing carbon dioxide emission from developing new energy, transforming energy consumption structure and optimizing industrial structure.
