Population urbanization and land urbanization are two systems indicating the urbanization quality, their coordination guarantees the sustainable development. This paper, based on references and Yinchuan's situation, establishes indicator system and uses range, entropy, coordination degree and coordinated development model to study their coordination between population urbanization and land urbanization in Yinchuan city, with results showing a rising trend of urbanization in Yinchuan during 2000-2014, and an ascending coordination, turning from lightly disordered in 2000 to excellent coordination in 2013. All years are land lagging with the exception of 2011 and 2013 which are population lagging. This paper, aiming at land lagging or population lagging in Yinchuan, presents suggestions on intensifying economy, land extension and optimization and new urbanization so as to maintain the coordination between population urbanization and land urbanization and to keep Yinchuan's sustainable development.

This paper, based on the coupling coordination theory, uses the panel data of 31 provincial administrative units in China from 2005 to 2015 to analyze the temporal spatial coupling degree between population and land urbanization. Population urbanization level is higher than land urbanization, but population urbanization rate is lower than land urbanization rate. The both population urbanization level and land urbanization level are falling westwards. The coupling coordination between 2005 and 2015 has almost the same evolution towards coordinated, but the spatial coupling coordination changed from SN zoned pattern in 2005 to a little disordered pattern in 2015. This paper presents suggestions on improving household registration system, land intensive use and urbanization pattern so as to promote their coordinated development in terms of provincial coupling coordination extents, types and regional non equilibrium.

Russia's Far East area is located in the western portion of the Pacific rim metallogenic belt with lots of silver, zinc, lead, tin, and gold resources, named by its underground treasure. The mining industry is its leading industry with a long history, but its economy is underdeveloped, leaving abundant mineral resources to be developing. Under the national strategy of “the Belt and Road”, the Far East which abuts China is of excellent mining investment environment. Russia is also adjusting its mining investment policies and opening the investment market, giving Chinese mining companies to invest the mining industry by using its locality preference and Sino Russia good politic relation, thus mutually to promote the economy in northeastern China and Russia's Far East area.

As the priority of new energy strategy is rising, lithium is of significance as the key element to new energy vehicle batteries. This paper, viewing from the perspective of industrial chain, analyzes the situation of China's lithium industrial development in its each step. Issues are existing in the upper stream lithium mining in low use rate, in the middle stream in homogenization, uneven development among each step in the entire industrial chain. This paper presents suggestions on intensifying western eastern cooperation in lithium technology, comprehensively developing saline lithium resource, boosting lithium fine processing technology and intensive industrial development.

This paper, based on C-D production theory, applies VAR model and impulse response function and variance decomposition to analyze the dynamic relation between copper scrap imports and valve exports during 2000 to 2013, with the result showing that Taizhou's copper scrap import not only is the Granger cause of valve export, but also casts hysteresis and retrogression on valve export. Taizhou needs to maintain copper scrap import to meet its local manufacturing in order to develop its green sustainable economy.

This paper, based on Shanxi's count scale industry's RIID and the whole temporalspatial pattern in 2005—2015, discusses the Shanxi's differentiated industrial land pricing policy, uses industrial index in 2005, 2010 and 2015 to calculate RIID and applies ArcGIS and ESDA to analyze the industrial development differentiation and spatial diffusion in the whole Shanxi province. Shanxi's county scale industrial development level had undergone a process of decreasing SN gap, southern Shanxi advancing, central protruding, EW balanced development, and concentrating diffusing multiple concentrating. This paper studies the differentiated industrial land pricing policy and concludes that the land price of high and hot areas should be strictly controlled, that of low and cold areas should be lowered. The whole Shanxi province shall be divided into industrial developing districts of different controlling intensity.

The 2008 Wenchuan earthquake made huge damage to Sichuan's industrial enterprises, and also provided opportunity to adjust and optimize Sichuan's industrial structure. This paper analyzes the industrial structure change before and after Wenchuan 5 12 earthquake, and studies its internal structure adjustment based on Sichuan's GDP. This paper uses information entropy to measure the complexity and change of industrial structure in Sichuan, and further uses balance and dominance indicators to mark the difference among each industry. The results are displayed by sectors and by prefectures to show the spatial change of industrial structure in Sichuan province. This paper discusses the major issues in reconstruction since the earthquake and presents strategy from perspectives of improving industrial basis and planning spatial structure.

Graphite, as an industrial mineral of scarcity, strategy and risk, is widely used in multiple applications by its special quality. This paper, based on graphite resource distribution, reserve, production, consumption structure and trading, discusses the issues in exports and fine processing, and presents suggestions to ensure the sound development of China's graphite industry from consolidating graphite mines for ordered mining, adjusting export policy in limiting export quantity, educating talents, improving fine processing technology and producing highend products, supporting from policy and capital, especially supporting institutes, and constructing the instituteenterprise  and enterpriseenterprise service platform.

This paper, based on application of graphite and demands of graphite products, concludes that graphite is a key high tech industrial mineral with huge economic and strategic values. China possesses abundance of graphite resource, and is a big graphite producer and a consumer as well, but not a giant. This paper analyzes graphite exploration & development situation, industrial development and global trading, and presents paths to optimizing graphite exploration & development, and to promoting China's graphite industrial development. Aiming at the issues in irrational mining rights, disordered development and low end industrial development, this paper suggests using planning to manage graphite exploration & development, boosting controls on supply & demand, and using technical innovation and management to upgrade China's graphite industry.

Some China's bulk mineral resources become less 50% in guarantee recently, largely depending upon imports, but the abandoned urban resources are hidden urban mines, which can not only mitigate the resource and environmental issues on China's economy, but also guarantee China's minerals safety if fully used. This paper, based on the status of recycling urban minerals, discusses the main factors in limiting China's urban minerals recycling, and presents paths to improving the urban minerals recycling system and to related laws and regulations, and to strictly excising urban minerals recycling permits viewing from perspective of China's mineral resources security, which is a strategy in promoting industrialization of China's urban minerals development and use.

This paper uses DEAS Malmquist method to estimate the technical advance index of China's provinces and classifies the primary technical advances into frontier and following categories, and applies the extended STIRPAT model to measure the influence of technical advances on carbon emission from nationwide and region (eastern, central and western China). The frontier technology is the major drive to impede carbon emission, but population, economy, energy consumption and industrial structure are positive. The eastern China's frontier technology and the western following technology are negative in carbon emission, which should form a hierarchy pattern during regional technical development.

This paper, based on a case study on Poyang lake eco-economic district, establishes urban rural coordinated development index system and uses GIS and spatial counting model to measure the spatial and temporal evolution of urban rural areas coordinated development. The urban economic development was low in Jiujiang, Pengze,Wuning and Yongxiu in 2005, but changed to middle to high in Nanchang, Jiujiang, Xinyu, Jingdezhen, Fuliang and Gaoan in 2015. The rural economy is higher in suburb. The spatial coordination is not even, medium to low in Wuning, Ruichang, Dean and Hukou in 2005, higher to medium in Xinjian, Gaoan, Jinxian and Fengcheng in 2015. In 2005, 2010, and 2015, in Boyang's 31 counties, those negatively relative to their vicinities are 16, 17 and 21, all higher than those positively, 15, 14 and 10, not an outstanding spatial dependence. Indicated by spatial counting model, informatization and regional economy promote the urban rural coordinated development, but social consumption and industrialization do the contrast, traffic location, employee income and investment play little influence.
