This paper, aiming at the major factors of land circulation scale in Reservoir Immigration Resettlements, bases on modeling study and case study, concludes that eight factors are the key points to limit the land circulation scale, including family member number, education, occupation, land contracted quantity, land compensation level, farmer's income level, life expectation and land dependence, and presents many means to increase the land circulation scale in reservoir immigration resettlements such as controlling populations, increasing resident's income and education, training farmers with technology, increasing land compensation, increasing non-agricultural employments and decreasing land dependence, etc.
